We are committed to processing 80% of orders within 1 to 3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions). We will notify you if any delays are expected.


 

2. Shipping Times

 

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment.
